Returns & Exchanges
At Hemlock & Hearth, each item is handcrafted in small batches with care. Due to the nature of our handmade products, we do not offer refunds. However, if something isn’t right with your order, we are always open to making it right.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@hemlockandhearth.com with clear photos of the issue within 72 hours of delivery. We’ll be happy to offer a replacement or store credit when appropriate.
Not Quite Right?
While we don’t offer refunds, we are open to exchanges or store credit on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible:
Contact us withing 3 days of delivery
Items must be unused, in original packaging
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
For orders over $200, we offer complimentary return shipping if the exchange is approved.
Processing Returns
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your exchange or store credit within 10 business days and send you a confirmation by email.
